1. Scope of Services

Sumwhere provides a centralized hub designed to aggregate and display information regarding official cultural "Tentpole" events and unofficial "Satellite Events" (the "Services"). Sumwhere is a discovery engine; we do not host, manage, or operate the events listed on our platform.

Third-Party Data: Information on our platform is aggregated from fragmented sources, including third-party RSVP platforms, blogs, and manual entries.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for clarity, Sumwhere does not warrant that event details (including time, location, or availability) are accurate, complete, or current.

Event Changes: Event organizers may change or cancel events without notice; Sumwhere is not liable for any such modifications or for any user's inability to attend an event.

3. Third-Party Links and Transactions

Redirection: Our platform contains links to external RSVP and ticketing platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Luma, Splash).

No Agency: Sumwhere is not a party to any transaction between you and an event organizer or third-party platform.

Independent Terms: Your use of third-party services is governed solely by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

4. Vibe Check and Editorial Content

Subjective Information: The "Vibe Check" section contains curated reviews and suggestions from industry veterans.

Informational Purpose: This content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of event quality or access.
